The fragile ecological diversity of Baghmara Forest Reserve calls an urgent attention from the eminent 'Ecologists' and 'Wildlife and Environment Enthusiasts'.Loss of ecological habitats of diversified flora and fauna disturbs the 'Forest Ecology'.Disturbance to the forest cover has worsened the frail biological diversity.The BAGMARA Forest Reserve is an important ingredient of Garo Hills Conservation Area (GCA).It's also an important ecological corridor connecting between Balpakram National Park and Chitmang Hills.The transitional phases of the rich biodiversity has lost its beauty due to deforestation and hunting.The 'Baghmara Forest Reserve'needs our attention to work upon;and rejuvenate the lush green mesmerizing forests of our era.
